Once you've booked I will send you forms to complete and return 2 business days prior to your first session. Pricing is for online sessions. These flowers essences help support you through emotionally challenging times. Suitable for al ages (babies to the aged) as well as your pets and are safe with medications. Up to 7 essences are blended specifically for your situation.

REFUNDS
COACHING
If you have booked less than 3 coaching sessions there are no refunds, however sessions can transferred to another time within the following 3 months.
If you have booked 3 or more sessions, and you cancel within 48 hours following your first session, a refund for any unused sessions will be given. Cancellation must occur within 48hours after the first session.
If you book a package and we finish prior to all sessions being used, a refund for unused sessions will be given however the discount offer will not apply and full price (as per 1-2 sessions will be charged).
NATUROPATHY
Refunds will be given if you cancel an appointment 24 hours prior and you unable to re-book.
If you fail to make you appointment without advising us we will not be able to give you a refund. Please understand Kim will have spent time preparing for your appointment which is a cost incurred by her.
If you arrive more than 20 minutes late Kim will assume you are not coming and your appointment will be cancelled. We will not be able to give a refund but we will be happy to rebook you.
Kim’s time is important to her. If you are running late please text or call Kim to let her know. If you are late to any appointment or meeting your session can not be extended. We do not offer a refund for this lost time.
